German Style Motorcycle Helmets
what is the style of the helmet i am looking for?
it looks kinda like a german style helmet but has extra shell around the ears (kinda like rounded rectangles that are around the ears. it looks almost identical (to me) as the helmets that the army uses i think. i tried searching on google for “military style motorcycle helmets” thanks for reading.

These helmets are wwII standard german helmets. (They were also used by the fascists in the Spanish civil war, but if you seen one fascist you’ve seen them all) These are not to be confused with the pickelhaub or coal scuttle helmets made in WWI. some people see a resemblance in shape to our current Kevlar helmets, but the german helmet turns outward a bit more.
And what brought THAT up?
(No, there are no DOT-approved helmets that look like the GERMAN helmet from WWII.)
