Motorcycle Bullet Light

What sport bike (motorcycle) do you recommend for me?
I’m 23 years old and have been interested in (street) sport bikes for quite some time. I live in Florida, so I can and will hopefully ride almost year-round. However, being a shorter and lighter guy (5′ 5″ 140 lbs., with a 28″ inseam), I’ve always assumed that my options were slim. I really like the “bullet-bike” style of motorcycles. But is there certain things I should be looking for pertaining to someone my size and new to riding? Engine type, displacement, bore & stroke, compression ratio, etc.? If you could give me any recommendations, or where to look, that would be great. Thanks in advance!
First, is this your first bike? For discussion let’s assume it is. Let’s forget about the “cool factor”, and talk about the “staying alive” factor. Sport bikes are not for beginners, pure and simple. At your weight 160-170mph is possible on even the smallest of sport bikes. The amount of things that will KILL you increases a thousandfold. I am in no way trying to persuade you not to ride a bike. However, start with a bike that fits your frame without any serious modifications, and spend the time perfecting, and honing your skills. Start with about 500cc’s. Get a used one because when you dump it, and you will. It will be a whole lot cheaper to fix There is a whole bunch of books out there to help, and guide you in the pursuit of riding and staying alive. There is also a ton of websites that discuss every conceivable question you will ever have. If you go through an orderly process, i.e. slow to fast, small to large, cheap to expensive. Then you will be hooked forever, as I am. If you’re this net familiar then start with google, and go from there. In closing let me say yes it’s fun going mach 1, but even more so when your skill levels are up to the challenge. IT’S A PROCESS
